All your storage, one single web interface, in France
A universal web file manager powered by Filestash and operated by DINAO. A single elegant interface over SFTP, S3, SMB, WebDAV and more — hosted in France.
What is Filestash?
Filestash is a universal web file manager that places a single, modern interface on top of any storage backend. Access your files from the browser — upload, download, preview, edit, rename, organize — without worrying about the actual location of the data.
It connects to over 20 protocols: SFTP, FTP, S3, Azure, WebDAV, SMB, NFS, Git, MinIO, Backblaze, SharePoint and others. Specialized viewers handle RAW/HEIF photos, PDFs, video, 3D, GeoJSON, Parquet files, or even astronomical FITS images. An automation engine (chained actions, webhooks) completes the set.
On the technical side, the backend is in Go, with an extensible plugin architecture. Authentication relies on LDAP, OpenID Connect, SAML or a custom middleware, and public link sharing as well as network drive mounting are supported. Deployment is done via Docker, under the AGPL-3.0 license.

Technical details
You might be wondering…
Do I need to migrate my files to Filestash?
No. Filestash is a gateway: it sits on top of your existing storage (SFTP, S3, SMB, NFS, WebDAV…) and gives you a modern web interface without moving your data.
What types of files can I preview?
Many: RAW/HEIF photos, PDFs, videos, 3D models, cartographic GeoJSON, Parquet/HDF5, astronomical FITS files, and much more, thanks to integrated specialized viewers.
Where are the service and my access hosted?
The Filestash service is hosted on DINAO's infrastructure in France, in one of the available datacenters. You remain in control of the location of your underlying storage.
Does Filestash handle enterprise authentication?
Yes. It supports SSO via LDAP, OpenID Connect, and SAML, as well as a custom authentication middleware to integrate with your existing system.
Can I change plans or remove the service?
Yes. You can move up or down tiers at any time. Since your files remain on your own storage, there is no lock-in: Filestash is just a web facade.
