What is Fasten Health?
Fasten Health is a personal and family electronic health record manager, open source and self-hosted. It allows you to gather all your health history in one place: test results, reports, medical history, treatments, and documents.
The application relies on the FHIR medical standard and OAuth2 / SMART-on-FHIR authentication to connect, where possible, to compatible care providers, laboratories, and insurers; it also accepts manual import of documents. Data is organized in a timeline and grouped by condition, practitioner, or type of care.
Designed around privacy, Fasten is built to remain offline and self-hosted: your health record never leaves your server without your consent. It is the ideal tool to take back control of particularly sensitive data, for yourself and your entire family.

How does Fasten retrieve my data?
Via the FHIR standard and SMART-on-FHIR (OAuth2) authentication, Fasten can connect to compatible care providers. You can also manually import your medical documents.
Is my health data protected?
Yes. These are particularly sensitive data: they remain encrypted on DINAO's infrastructure in France, isolated, and are never shared without your consent.
Does Fasten replace my doctor or Mon Espace Santé?
No. Fasten is a personal tool for aggregating and viewing your health documents. It does not replace medical advice or an official medical record.
Can I change plans or export my data?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and your data remains exportable — you retain full ownership.
