Your intelligent solar charging, hosted in France
A home energy manager powered by evcc, installed and maintained by DINAO. Charge your electric vehicle on your solar surplus — control remains local, without relying on a manufacturer's cloud.
What is evcc?
evcc is an open-source home energy management and EV charging control software. It runs at your place, without depending on cloud services, with the goal of local energy management. Compatible with many photovoltaic systems and batteries, it controls your charging station regardless of the manufacturer.
With evcc, your car charges when the sun shines or when electricity is clean and affordable: charging power automatically follows the available surplus. If your vehicle has an online interface, you benefit from smart controls — charging schedules, minimum charge, limits — as well as support for dynamic tariffs, smart plugs, balcony solar, and small home batteries.
evcc supports over 100 wallbox models (ABB, Tesla, Wallbox, Porsche, Volkswagen, BMW, Audi, and many others). It installs on various equipment and comes with an app to manage your instance from your home network.

Technical details
You might be wondering…
What does evcc actually do?
evcc controls your electric vehicle's charging to align it with your solar surplus or during hours when electricity is cheapest and cleanest. It is an energy manager that orchestrates the charging station, panels, and battery.
Is my charging station compatible?
evcc supports over 100 wallbox models (ABB, Tesla, Wallbox, Volkswagen, BMW, Audi…) and many PV systems and batteries, regardless of the manufacturer.
Where is my energy data hosted?
On DINAO infrastructure in France, in one of the available datacenters. Management remains local, without passing through a manufacturer's cloud.
Can I use dynamic tariffs?
Yes. evcc leverages dynamic electricity rates to trigger charging at the most advantageous times, and manages schedules, minimum charge, and limits.
Can I change plans or export my data?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and your configurations and history remain exportable — no proprietary lock-in.
