What is Easy!Appointments?
Easy!Appointments is a self-hosted, highly customizable web platform for appointment management: it allows your clients to book online, and your business to manage bookings, providers, services, and clients autonomously. A mature open-source project, it is a sovereign alternative to services like Calendly.
It offers self-service online booking, provider, service, and work schedule management, Google Calendar synchronization, email reminder notifications, a multilingual interface, and a REST API. It integrates via ready-made extensions for WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal.
Technically, Easy!Appointments relies on PHP 8.2+ with the CodeIgniter framework, a JavaScript / SCSS frontend, a MySQL database, and an Apache or Nginx web server. The project, published under the GPL-3.0 license, provides an official Docker image and Docker Compose file (dev and prod configurations), making it a strong candidate for managed hosting.

Outbound email requires an external service
Outbound SMTP is blocked by design on DINAO's shared hosting (anti-spam protection for all our customers). For the email-sending features of Easy!Appointments (notifications, campaigns…), you will need to subscribe to an email routing service outside the DINAO infrastructure (e.g. Mautic hosted elsewhere, SendGrid, Brevo, a third-party SMTP relay…).

Does Easy!Appointments replace Calendly?
Yes, for online appointment booking: your clients book their own time slots based on the chosen service and provider, with Google Calendar synchronization and email reminders. The difference: you host it with DINAO, with no per-user subscription and without entrusting your data to a third-party service.
Can I manage multiple providers and services?
Yes. You define your providers, services, and their work schedules (hours, exceptions, holidays), and each client only sees the truly available time slots.
Is integration with my website possible?
Yes: Easy!Appointments provides a REST API and ready-made integrations for WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal, in addition to a customizable interface that can be embedded on your site.
Is my client data protected?
Your appointment and client data is stored in an isolated MySQL database, hosted in France, with automatic backups. You retain full control over your schedule and contacts.
Where is the data hosted?
On the DINAO infrastructure in France, in one of the available data centers. Your schedules and client data never leave the country.
