What is Easy!Appointments?

Easy!Appointments is a self-hosted, highly customizable web platform for appointment management: it allows your clients to book online, and your business to manage bookings, providers, services, and clients autonomously. A mature open-source project, it is a sovereign alternative to services like Calendly.

It offers self-service online booking, provider, service, and work schedule management, Google Calendar synchronization, email reminder notifications, a multilingual interface, and a REST API. It integrates via ready-made extensions for WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal.

Technically, Easy!Appointments relies on PHP 8.2+ with the CodeIgniter framework, a JavaScript / SCSS frontend, a MySQL database, and an Apache or Nginx web server. The project, published under the GPL-3.0 license, provides an official Docker image and Docker Compose file (dev and prod configurations), making it a strong candidate for managed hosting.
