DVinyl is a modern, self-hostable collection manager designed for physical media enthusiasts. From vinyls to CDs, books to films, it allows you to catalog, value, and organize your entire personal library from a single, customizable interface.

Its key feature is smart import: add an item instantly via a Discogs reference ID, or import an entire existing Discogs collection in one click. DVinyl relies on several APIs — Discogs for music, Hardcover for books, and TMDB for films — to automatically retrieve metadata and market values (low, median, and high estimates).

The application handles multiple formats within a single library (music, books, films), offers a wishlist system to track future finds, and includes authentication to keep your collection private or share it publicly. Built around Node.js and MongoDB, DVinyl is hosted by DINAO in France: your catalog remains sovereign, encrypted, and GDPR compliant.
