What is Dittofeed?
Dittofeed is an open source customer engagement platform (under the MIT license), designed to automate transactional and marketing messages at scale. It allows you to send broadcasts or build automated user journeys across all channels: email, SMS, mobile push, WhatsApp, and Slack.
Marketing and lifecycle teams create message templates, segment users based on their attributes and behaviors, and then build journeys that automatically send personalized messages using no-code branching logic and advanced delays presented in a visual interface. Segments, templates, and journeys can be versioned in Git.
The only platform on the market offering an self-hosted embedding option, Dittofeed is ideal for vertical SaaS in regulated sectors (healthcare, finance) or any organization wishing to keep its users' personal data on-site. A complete and sovereign alternative to Braze or Iterable.
