Your live video streaming, hosted in France
🔒 VPS onlyAn ultra-low latency live streaming engine powered by Ant Media Server, installed and maintained by DINAO. Your WebRTC, RTMP, and HLS streams stay on our French servers — never with an American streaming provider.
What is Ant Media Server CE?
Ant Media Server is a live video streaming engine with ultra-low latency. Its Community edition, released under the Apache license, allows broadcasting in WebRTC with a latency of about half a second, ideal for interactive uses such as video conferencing, online auctions, gaming, or live betting.
The server supports ingestion in RTMP, RTSP, SRT, and WebRTC, and broadcasting in HLS, LL-HLS, CMAF, and DASH, with adaptive bitrate, automatic transcoding to multiple resolutions, and recording in MP4 or HLS. It integrates via a comprehensive REST API and SDKs for Android, iOS, Unity, and the web.
Designed to scale, Ant Media Server can be deployed on a single instance or a cluster, and targets streaming platform publishers, video surveillance solutions, video conferencing applications, and any service requiring controlled real-time broadcasting.
Host Ant Media Server CE at DINAO
No managed container for Ant Media Server CE: this application is installed on a VPS hosted in France (2 vCPU / 4 Go / 20 Go minimum).
Application available on a VPS
This application requires privileged access to the host machine, which is incompatible with managed shared hosting. It is installed on a VPS (virtual private server) that you administer: DINAO delivers it with Docker and the management panel of your choice, and you install and maintain Ant Media Server CE yourself. The VPS is not managed by DINAO unless you add the managed-services option when ordering.
Technical reason: partage de namespace hôte/conteneur (network_mode=host).

Technical details
You might be wondering…
What latency can I achieve?
With WebRTC, latency drops to about 0.5 seconds, ideal for interactivity (auctions, video calls, live betting). Classic HLS offers higher latency but maximum compatibility.
How many simultaneous viewers are supported?
It depends on the tier and protocol: from a few dozen via WebRTC on a small instance to an unlimited number via clustering and HLS/CDN broadcasting on higher tiers.
Where is the data hosted?
On DINAO's infrastructure in France, in one of the available data centers. Your streams, recordings, and audience data do not leave the territory.
Do I need technical skills?
No for broadcasting: the admin panel and web player are ready to use. DINAO handles installation, tuning, and updates. Your developers can leverage the REST API and SDKs.
Can I record and rebroadcast my live streams?
Yes. Streams can be recorded in MP4 or HLS and rebroadcast on demand, with possible export to your object storage.
