Your AI router, hosted in France
An open-source LLM router powered by 9router, installed and maintained by DINAO. Route your requests to the right model with automatic failover—all from our French servers, with no opaque intermediaries.
What is 9router?
9router is an open-source LLM router that runs on your own infrastructure and provides a single entry point, OpenAI-compatible, to numerous model providers. It connects tools like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Cline, or Copilot to different models via a single API.
Its automatic failover routes requests to another provider as soon as a limit is reached or a service is unavailable, ensuring your applications never get blocked. An integrated token compressor reduces the size of diffs, command outputs, and tree structures sent to the model without loss, reducing input token consumption by approximately 20 to 40 % per request.
9router is a local proxy: no intermediate billing system, no hidden margin. You keep your own API keys and full control over routing your requests—including to open-weight models hosted locally.

This application uses AI
The container hosts the application, not the AI engine (which requires dedicated GPUs) : inference is handled externally, with your own provider key. Prioritize a sovereign engine — Mistral AI, NumSpot, Scaleway, or OVHcloud AI Endpoints (France, GDPR) ; an international provider (OpenAI, Anthropic…) only if a specific capability requires it. Inference subscriptions are not included in hosting.
Technical details
You might be wondering…
What is an LLM router for?
It provides a single entry point, OpenAI-compatible, to multiple models and providers. You can change models, switch in case of failure, and control costs without touching your applications.
Is routing sovereign?
If you route to open-weight models hosted locally on your DINAO instance, data stays in France. If you route to an external API, it goes to the provider.
Where is data hosted?
The router itself is hosted on DINAO infrastructure in France, in one of the available data centers. In local routing, requests do not leave the territory.
Do technical skills are required?
A minimum on the configuration side: 9router is aimed at technical teams connecting their tools to the API. DINAO handles installation, security, and router updates.
Can I change plans or export my data?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and your configuration remains exportable—no proprietary lock-in.
