Squidex is an open source, API-driven headless CMS. It separates content management from its presentation: you model your content schemas and assets, then distribute them across all your channels — website, mobile application, connected devices — via a rich REST and GraphQL API, featuring OData filters and Swagger definitions.
The tool tracks every change with a complete version history and detailed audit logs, and offers event-oriented automation: every action triggers an event that can be used to connect to your external systems or publish automatically. A CLI allows synchronizing data and configurations between instances, with built-in backup and restore capabilities.
Built on .NET Core and the CQRS architecture, Squidex effortlessly manages hundreds of thousands of content items and offers horizontal scaling. Deployable via Docker or Kubernetes, it is an ideal service to operate in a managed way.

What is a headless CMS?
A headless CMS separates content management from its presentation. Squidex stores and structures your content, then exposes it via an API (REST and GraphQL) that your websites, mobile applications or connected devices consume freely, without imposing a rendering engine.
What APIs does Squidex offer?
Squidex exposes a REST and GraphQL API, with OData filters and Swagger definitions. A CLI also allows synchronizing content, importing/exporting assets and managing configuration between instances.
Can I track content changes?
Yes. Squidex versioning every update with a complete history and detailed audit logs indicating who modified what and when, with the possibility of restoring a previous version.
Where is the data hosted?
On DINAO infrastructure in France, in one of the available data centers. Content, media and users do not leave the territory.
Can Squidex scale?
