This application uses AI
The container hosts the application, not the AI engine (which requires dedicated GPUs) : inference is handled externally, with your own provider key. Prioritize a sovereign engine — Mistral AI, NumSpot, Scaleway, or OVHcloud AI Endpoints (France, GDPR) ; an international provider (OpenAI, Anthropic…) only if a specific capability requires it. Inference subscriptions are not included in hosting.
Technical details
You might be wondering…
Are my files sent over the Internet during conversion?
No. All conversion takes place locally on your DINAO instance. Your files are never transmitted to an external service, unlike mainstream online converters.
What types of files can I convert?
Images, videos, audio, documents, spreadsheets, subtitles, and fonts — more than 2,000 conversions in total, using FFmpeg and ImageMagick engines. With no size limits or watermarks.
Where is the data hosted?
On DINAO infrastructure in France, in one of the available datacenters. Your files and their conversions never leave the territory.
Do I need technical skills?
No for usage: the web interface is sufficient. DINAO handles installation, conversion engines, security, and updates. A technical team can use the API to automate conversions.
Isn't video transcoding resource-intensive?
Yes, heavy video conversions stress the CPU. That's why we offer tiered plans (up to 8 vCPU) with queuing and batch processing for large volumes.
