What is Shadowbroker?
Shadowbroker is an open-source geospatial intelligence dashboard that brings together, on a unified real-time map, public telemetry streams usually scattered: ADS-B air traffic broadcasts, AIS maritime signals, satellite orbital data, seismic sensors, geopolitical events, and other open feeds.
The project introduces no new surveillance capabilities: it aggregates and visualizes data already accessible to everyone, but rarely gathered in one place. No user data is collected or transmitted; everything runs locally against a self-hosted backend; with open-source code, anyone can audit exactly what is queried. An AI agent can be connected to uncover correlations between signals.
DINAO hosts it in France, in an isolated container, with updates, backups, and supervision — a sovereign and auditable OSINT station.
