Overview

What is LubeLogger?

LubeLogger is a self-hosted and open source (MIT license) vehicle maintenance and consumption tracking tool. Lightweight and modern, it helps maintain a detailed servicing history, whether you manage a single car or an entire fleet of cars, motorcycles, trucks, or agricultural machinery.

The tool offers a virtual garage where you can add your vehicles and configure recurring maintenance tasks (oil changes, inspections…) with reminders based on time or mileage. It tracks mileage, energy efficiency, and breaks down operating costs over time.

LubeLogger includes a dashboard, a planner, fuel and consumables tracking, professional reports, customizable fields, CSV import/export, an API, multi-user support, and SSO. Distributed primarily as a Docker image, it is under active development.
