Manage your LDAP directory without the command line
A clear web interface to manage your LDAP powered by LDAP Account Manager, installed and maintained by DINAO. Users, groups, machines — your directory remains hosted in France.
What is LDAP Account Manager?
LDAP Account Manager (LAM) is a web interface designed to manage entries in an LDAP directory — users, groups, machines, DHCP settings, etc. Founded in 2003 and written in PHP, LAM was designed to make managing an LDAP directory as simple as possible, without manually editing LDIF files.
The tool supports OpenLDAP, Active Directory, Samba 4, and a wide range of schemas via dedicated modules (Unix, Postfix, Kopano, DHCP, FreeRADIUS, SSH…). It offers user and group editing, LDIF and CSV import/export, as well as wizards to structure your tree.
On the operations side, LAM offers administration profiles with delegated rights, password self-service, and self-registration, ideal for relieving a support team. The base is under the GNU GPL license, with a commercial extended edition offering advanced features.

Technical details
You might be wondering…
Does LAM replace my LDAP server?
No. LAM is an administration interface: it connects to your LDAP directory (OpenLDAP, Active Directory…) to manage it more easily. DINAO can host the directory and LAM, or only LAM as a frontend for your existing LDAP.
Which directories are compatible?
OpenLDAP, Active Directory, Samba 4, and many schemas (Unix, Postfix, Kopano, DHCP, FreeRADIUS, SSH…) via LAM modules.
Can I delegate management to my teams?
Yes. LAM manages administration profiles with restricted rights, as well as password self-service and self-registration to relieve your support team.
Where is the data hosted?
On DINAO's infrastructure in France, in one of the available datacenters. Your directory, which contains personal data, never leaves the territory.
Do I need to know LDAP in depth?
No for everyday use: LAM masks LDIF complexity behind forms. DINAO handles installation, connection to the directory, security, and updates.
