What is ClassroomIO?
ClassroomIO is an open source learning platform (LMS) designed to enable organizations to deliver compliance training, educate their customers and certify their partners. It covers course, lesson and exercise management, grading and the issuance of certificates, with no volume limits.
The platform includes an AI-assisted course generator and in-lesson tutoring, as well as advanced compliance tracking (deadlines, renewals, waivers). It supports multi-organization and multi-instructor setups, certificates branded for each entity, and the delivery of multilingual content (in over ten languages).
On the integration side, ClassroomIO exposes a REST API, webhooks and embeddable widgets, as well as SSO. Built on SvelteKit, Hono and PostgreSQL, it is designed for self-hosting on your own infrastructure, ensuring full control over your content and learner data.

Who is ClassroomIO for?
Businesses and organizations that want to train internally (onboarding, compliance), certify customers or partners, or sell online courses — with their own branding and without renting a SaaS platform on a per-user basis.
Is AI mandatory?
No. The course generator and AI tutoring are optional. You can disable them, or connect to a locally hosted model (option) to remain sovereign over your content.
Where is the data hosted?
On DINAO infrastructure in France, in one of the available data centers. Your content and learner data never leave the country.
Can I customize the appearance and branding?
Yes. ClassroomIO supports multi-organization setups, branded certificates and embeddable widgets for your website, ensuring a consistent experience with your identity.
Can I change plans or export my data?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and your data remains exportable — no proprietary lock-in.
