What is Atomic Server?
Atomic Server is a lightweight yet powerful open-source headless CMS and real-time graph database, designed for storing and sharing typed and linked data (Atomic Data).
It stands out for its speed — with a median response time of less than one millisecond — and its lightweight nature: a binary of approximately 8 MB with no runtime dependencies, written in Rust (actix-web and sled). It offers real-time synchronization via WebSockets for collaborative applications, fast and fuzzy full-text search powered by Tantivy, as well as multiple serialization formats (JSON, JSON-AD, JSON-LD, RDF/XML, Turtle, N-Triples).
Atomic Server also manages a read/write authorization system with hierarchical structures, and provides SDKs for JavaScript, React, Svelte, and Rust. It is a sovereign and high-performance database for building structured and collaborative data applications.
